Content

Special chapters of Applied Mathematics are taught, namely, special chapters of Differential Calculus, of Integral Calculus, Linear Algebra and Differential Equations, Plotting curves and surfaces in two and three dimensions as well as special chapters of Dynamical Systems, using the computer algebra package Mathematica and MATLAB.

Objectives

The aim of this course is to give the student the required knowledge in order to solve problems of advanced applied mathematics using appropriate computer software.
